Emotions in Sales
Emotion is the best ingredient in converting dead sales to a productive one. Let me tell.
I was on my way to a client, very far from my residence, and I was misrouted because I had never been there. I asked for help and was suggested by two three people how to reach there but again one of the man standing on road directed towards a wrong direction so was misrouted. I traveled, by bike, a lot but could not find the place where I was supposed to go. I was tired and because of direct sun light was sweaty too. I reached a place on highway where nothing but only one confectionery shop was there. I don’t know why he decided to open a shop there because the chances of patronization were very less at that place.
I asked the man there on the shop about my destined place. I became shocked and astound the way he responded. He looked at me and told me to get down from bike. He pointed me to come to his shop. As I went there he humbly asked that what I wanted, he offered me a seat and also ordered his attendant to bring a cold drink for me. Although I denied for cold drink but his advice to look at me, my thirst and the sweat because of hot made me to buy one along with some snacks. I set there for some time, took rest and with the help of his guidance I reached where I was supposed to.
Instance is so simple but the way he understood my situation and drew a relevant push sale strategy caught my attention.
